In short, No.  We make our whipped tallow and our tallow products with the most purest grass fed tallow that is anti-biotic and hormone free.  While there can be variances between our small batch made products, we strive to ensure that it does not smell like beef and is a luxurious experience.   Our plant and tallow based formula smells amazing!

Our formula is  made with the purest grass fed tallow with plant-based infusions.  Carefully made and with the right amount of time, creating a sacred oil blend.  Quality matters and comes through in every jar we make.

Keep your whipped tallow and tallow products stored in a cool, dry, dark space.   There are no preservatives and tallow itself has a considerably long shelf life.   It's important to keep whipped tallow and tallow products free of water, moisture and sunlight in order to avoid it from spoilage.  If you see black spots or mold, you should not use it.  You can store in the fridge for longer shelf life if not using daily.  When refrigerated, the tallow whip will become firmer. Can let it come to room temperature before use and will still have a beautiful and luxurious texture.  We recommend storing extra jars in the fridge until ready to use.. 

Our whipped tallow and tallow products are combined with infused organic oil and plant based.   Without preservatives and seed oil free.   We recommend using them within 6 months for best quality.   Tallow is rendered and triple purified so it has a long shelf life at room temperature.  The oils in tallow may not have as long as a shelf life.   If you are not using whipped tallow as a daily moisturizer,  we recommend storing in the fridge then letting it come to room temperature before use.  If you use your whipped tallow in the bathroom, ensure that it is kept in a drawer at all times.  Always keep your whipped tallow and tallow products stored in a cool, dry and dark space.
